- All leases will be submitted to Maple Leaf for prior approval by the Corporation in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and payment of the applicable fee of US $100 per lease (subject to an extra $100 if the Corporation does not receive a 30-day notice of rental).
- Season is considered Nov 1 through Oct 31; owners may not rent their home to the same person more than 3 times a season or no longer than 9 months.
- This is a 55+ community so one person on the lease MUST be 55 years old or older.
